Wanda Fay Zeilinger, formerly of Duncan Oklahoma, passed away on July 13, 2017 in Lancaster, California of natural causes. She was born on May 28, 1929 in Stephens County Oklahoma and is survived by her two daughters, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
