Sarah Baer

BAER, Sarah, Patricia “Pat”, Born March 9, 1924 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.  Passed away Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 in Lancaster, California.  Survived by her children, Lynell Rodio (Arnie), Janet Denison, Patsy Graham, Leonard Baer (Jenny), Erin Persons (Dennis), 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am, Monday, April 4, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lancaster.  Graveside services to follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery.  Donations may be made in Pat's name to one of her favorite charities, St. Jude's Children's Hospital.  For more information and to sign the condolence book please visit www.chapelofthevalleymortuary.com.
