Ronald Show

SHOW, Ronald Eugene Age 84, passed away October 10, 2017 in Palmdale, CA. Ron suffered a severe stroke on March 4 and had been bedridden since that time. He was born July 23, 1933 in Madison, SD to Donald and Arvilla Show. He grew up on a farm in South Dakota. He married Maxine Harmdierks on October 31, 1953 in Howard, SD. Ron served in the Air Force for 4 years active duty followed by 20 years with the SD Air National Guard. Moved to the Antelope Valley in 1976 to participate in the Space Shuttle program with NASA. Worked briefly for other aerospace firms in the area before retirement. Ron is survived by his wife of 64 years, Maxine; three sons, Richard of Sioux Falls, SD, Terry of Chandler, AZ, and Robert (wife Sharon) of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Nancy (Larry) Hyink of Worthington, MN. six grandchildren, Ari (Dominic) Wieneke; Ian (Sara) Show, Eli (Angela) Show, and Isaac Show all of Sioux Falls, SD; Nickolas Show and Monique Show of Chandler, AZ; three great grandchildren, Lydia, Oliver, and Forest all of Sioux Falls, SD. Also many nieces and nephews. Ron was preceded in death by son Donald of Lancaster, his parents Donald and Arvilla of Madison, SD; two brothers, Delmar Show of Los Banos, CA and Dalton Show of Tripp, SD. Ron's favorite activity after retirement was golfing. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favorite charity.
