Phoenix Arthur Andersen, born January 1, 1998 in AV Hospital died in a tragic motorcycle collision on Friday, March 3rd, 2017. He was studying at AVC in the airplane mechanic program and working for LA County as a lifeguard. He will be deeply missed by his mother and 11 siblings. The positive energy and bright light Phoenix was will not be forgotten by anyone who knew him, even for 10 seconds. Heaven's stoked to have him.
