POLK, III, Lewis George born July 4, 1948 in New York. Passed away August 16, 2016 in Acton, CA. Lewis is a veteran of the United States Navy Seals where he was an underwater explosives expert. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Polk, children, Robert Polk and Jennifer Polk, step-children, Jeffrey Evans, Jerrod Evans, and Crystal Barclay, and brother, Robert Polk. A memorial service will be held at 3pm Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Soledad Canyon RV Park in Acton, CA. Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale Directors.
