Jessica Mathers

MATHERS, Jessica Minden   Born on July 10, 1979 in Tarzana, Calif.  Passed away on January 12, 2014 in Palmdale, Calif.  Jessica grew up in Palmdale, and received her diploma from Palmdale High School.  In becoming a mother and raising two children, Jessica furthered her education in attending and receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, and was four classes away from completing her Master’s degree from CSUN.  Jessica is survived by her husband, Ken Mathers, children, Faith and Gavin Mathers, father, Jim Ibbotson, and mother, Marilyn Ibbotson.  She is also survived by her brothers, Nathan and Ryan Ibbotson, father-in-law, Terrance Mathers, mother-in-law, Maggie Wallace, 8 nephews, 9 nieces, and numerous other family members and friends.  Jessica is preceded in death by her brother, Jacob Ibbotson.  A visitation service will be held from 4-8pm, on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale, Calif.  A funeral service will be held at 10am, on Friday, January 17, 2014 at The Highlands Christian Fellowship Church, Palmdale, Calif., following with internment at Oakwood Memorial Park, Chatsworth, Calif.  You may sign the condolence book at:  www.chapelofthevalleymortuary.com .  Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale Directors.
