LAKE, David Raymond Born August 10, 1960, in Maine. Passed away February 14, 2013, in Lancaster, Calif. David is survived by his wife, Reva Lake, children, Darrick, Dana, Ashley, and Kevin, and grand-daughter, Alexia. He is also survived by his parents, Raymond and Therese, and brother, Craig. A visitation will be held from 12-1 pm, following a funeral service at 1 pm both on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary.
