Armando gonzalez Flores

 Armando Gonzalez Flores, a dedicated laborer who spent 20 years with Laborers Local before retiring in 2015, passed away on February 9, 2024, in Palmdale, CA after bravely battling liver cancer. He was born in Ventura, CA on August 24, 1964.

Described as hardworking, loving, ambitious, caring, straightforward, and down to earth by those who knew him best, Armando's presence brought joy to many. His proudest accomplishments were his children, wife, grandchildren, and extended family whom he cherished dearly.

In his leisure time, Armando found joy in watching Raider games and BBQing with loved ones. His passion for football shone through as a loyal fan of the Raiders. Being surrounded by family and witnessing their happiness brought him immense delight.

Armando is survived by his son Armando Ramon Flores, daughter Anaie Garcia Flores, wife Zulma Garcia De Flores, and brother Xavier Flores. Additionally, he leaves behind three beloved grandchildren.

His memory will be honored at services to be held at Halley Olsen Chapel of the Valley in Palmdale. A Funeral Service is scheduled for February 28th starting at 9:00 am followed by a Mass at 10:30 am on the same day.

Armando Gonzalez Flores will be remembered for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and unwavering love for his family. May he rest in peace knowing that he touched the lives of many with his genuine presence and caring nature.
